The hotel was spacious and had a great size for the room, featuring a lovely kitchenette. The cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and dining area was exceptional. However, the hotel seemed understaffed which impacted their customer service quality.

However, there was an issue with cleanliness, as there were stains all over the carpet in the sitting area.
